ATR Fundamentals / Signature Training
A cinematic 90-minute frontline workforce experience.
Detect. Decide. De-escalate.
Why we design it this way
At ATR Fundamentals, our cinematic training experiences are intentionally designed to create a more relaxed, engaging environment where frontline employees feel comfortable participating, sharing, and learning.
What the research says
Manufacturing research shows that hands-on, interactive training strengthens employee engagement, communication, and practical problem-solving on the shop floor.
Source: NIST Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP).
Our programs combine storytelling, real manufacturing scenarios, interactive activities, visuals, and memorable experiences to keep employees involved instead of simply sitting through another check-the-box class.
The goal is simple: training employees don’t just attend—they experience, remember, and can apply back on the floor.
Not every conflict is between two people. Sometimes it’s self-doubt, a new machine, an unwritten rule, or a change no one chose.
Inspired by the traditional conflicts of literature and reimagined for the manufacturing floor, this experience helps frontline employees recognize what’s happening—and choose how to respond.
Conflict is normal. Unmanaged conflict is the risk.
